Mr. Vinicio Antonio Morillo Romero owner of the ASAP Technology and Security LLC. is a successful Entrepreneur and an experienced IT professional with more than 13 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Romero has developed expertise in various IT-related areas, including virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS), backup systems (Symantec Backup Exec 15, Acronis Backup), operating systems such as Windows, Windows Server, Linux, MAC OS, and IOS. He is also proficient in Microsoft Exchange 2013, routers and switch administration, MS/SQL Server, VoIP, CCTV, alarm systems, access controls, attendance control, call center management, and call management systems. Additionally, Mr. Romero has experience in network, systems, infrastructure administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing (Azure, AWS), and virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and VMWare Workstation Pro 14. He is familiar with backup systems like Symantec Backup Exec 15, Acronis Backup, and mail hosting services like Google G-Suite and Acronis Backup. Mr. Romero has installed, implemented, and administered various Windows operating systems, including XP, 7, 8, 10, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, and 2016. He has expertise in Active Directory, domain policies, domain controllers, and group policies. He has also configured and administered Microsoft Exchange 2013 and handled router, LAN, and WAN network configurations (routes, VLANs, access lists) as well as L3 switches (VLANs, routes, access lists).
Furthermore, Mr. Romero has experience with MS/SQL Server, IP telephony management (Voice over IP) using Asterisk, Elastix, ATA, VoIP SIP phones, GSM Gateway, and SIP trucking. He has installed security camera systems, alarm systems, access controls, and attendance control solutions. He is proficient in call center management and call management systems such as Dialapplet, Softphone, CCDExSuite, Asterisk, and CC Manager. Additionally, he has experience with point-of-sale systems, fiscal printers (Pixelpoint, ICG), wireless solutions (Ubiquiti specialist, Unifi Driver), Linux, Azure, information security, help desk support, AWS, DNS, network administration, DHCP, disaster recovery, network firewalls, TCP/IP, SQL, Citrix, technical support, VPN, network support, load balancing, system administration, cybersecurity, SCCM, cloud computing, network engineering, and authentication.
